KLEE Construction is owned and operated by Kyle Headley. Kyle brings over 20 years of expertise in the residential construction industry.
Kyle, along with wife, Lacey, and two energetic children, Emory & Ethan, make up the company's name. We are rooted in a strong commitment to create spaces for families to enjoy for generations.

Recently my wife and I decided to put a new deck on the rear of our home. Kyle Headley of KLEE Construction was mentioned to us. We were immediately impressed by Kyle’s experience, knowledge, expertise and his straightforward and practical approach to construction. Kyle recommended Timber Tech decking and Shoreline vinyl railing, white rail and posts, with black balusters. Kyle is friendly, personable, intelligent, and easy to work with. He’s also quick to address any construction issues with his customer, and resolve them expeditiously. He always comes up with good solutions and offers his sage advice and recommendations for the project. He communicated with us frequently throughout the project, advising us of permit status, construction material delivery, work phases and work schedules. He quoted us a fair price for the deck, and his estimating skills were spot on. At the end of the project there were virtually no surplus building materials remaining. Afterwards, the work site clean-up was perfect. He followed the contract to the letter. Once the necessary permits were obtained, construction took only four (4) weeks from start to finish. While Kyle did most of the work himself, he had an excellent crew, and his craftsmanship and the overall quality of workmanship were outstanding. With a large scale kitchen remodel we wanted to make sure we selected the best company possible. After meeting with a few we found Kyle to be the most honest, logical, and down to earth contractor. He wanted what was best for our family and our budget, actually convincing us to go with a smaller island, for logistical & design purposes, which saved us money. His work is meticulous and he keeps his work area very clean as not to disrupt our living quarters. I worked from home the entire time he was here. He was extremely respectful of my work and time. Kyle updated our outdated and well worn 35+ year old Master bath/bedroom suite and second hall bathroom. The finished product is beautiful, with tile showers, marble top vanities and beautiful workmanship.
